Hello! I'm Jacobia Williams, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, with a passion for helping others to live their best lives. I've worked as a social worker in settings such as therapeutic foster care, hospitals, counseling, and schools for the last 20 years.

My goal is to support you on your life's journey. We are all unique and have stories to tell, but it is important to be the narrator of that story. Many of us have faced challenges with our health, jobs, families, and relationships. Many have lost loved ones, felt overwhelmed, and have been stressed out.

Oftentimes, our loved ones and children may be feeling those stressors also. We want to teach ourselves and our children that it is important to take care of our physical and emotional health. Seeking help to fine-tune our coping skills is a courageous act.
